Unsalted Software LLC (“Unsalted Software,” “we,” “us”) collects as little information as possible. This policy covers this website and purchases made directly from us. Individual products may have their own privacy policies on their own websites. Where they differ, the product’s policy applies.

What we collect

• Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
• Purchases. When you buy something from us, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing details and a record of the transaction. We never see or store your full card number.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use the information above only to:

• send the updates you subscribed to,
• reply to your messages,
• process payments, issue refunds and keep required business records, and
• keep this website and our services secure.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

• Stripe, to process payments (privacy policy).

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep emails and purchase records as long as we need them to support you or meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We’ll honor these requests unless we’re legally required to keep the information.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
